Oil heat, is, complicated. Thing is, you have to order a truck to come out and dump a whole heap of it in a tank that may be buried, like an egyptian sarcophagus, somewhere in your property. (oh, and the tanks rust and then leak toxic fel-oil into the bosom of mother earth, and then you pay 1000's of dollars for someone to come and take all of the contaminated dirt away and refill the hole. fortunately our soil is clean.)long story short, we saw the oil furnace that came with the house as a huge hinderance for being able to sell the house. so we tapped the Downings expansive and deep network of friends to find a guy ho deals with HVAC, and we had these guys come in and exhume the relic from our basement so that the new hotness could come to abide. big thanks to the guys at Sun Glow.
